This trip is open to women retreat participants looking to gain a conscious perspective on their life. Kim's Bio:
As a trauma therapist and somatic coach, Kim Jeffs, Retreat Leader and Founder of Soma & Soul, creates a container of safety and trust amongst her retreat participants. Kim has worked at a world renowned retreat center (Kripalu) and has run women's self growth retreats since 2006. Kim has spent many years creating the conditions for self growth success while traveling. BUILD YOUR SOUL VESSEL RETREATS are a yearly pilgrimage for folks looking to gain skills, clarity and connections to themselves, others and the environment. This year our retreat focus will be on Embodying Pleasure & Adventure. We are partnering with Traverse Journey's to host this year's retreat experience. Traverse Journey's is known for hosting small group retreats focused on people, planet and purpose. Kim will facilitate daily wonderful self growth programming while Traverse Journey's will handle retreat registration and in country logistics.
