We must deal with our traumas. Our past difficult experiences and a society that is not built for everyone to succeed equally, have created a fear mindset. We need to heal. Feeling safe in your body, in relationship with other people and your environment can be a profound experience. It is from this feeling of connection and safety that we can flourish in our careers and personal life. When we are connected mind/body/spirit we can listen to the call of our life's purpose.
