As a successful entrepreneur who has started numerous successful companies, she knows what it takes to start, scale, sell a company and have a flourishing career.
Kim's Mission: Help female entrepreneur's and women in leadership positions succeed. Grow women owned companies so that they can financially thrive. Increase women in power and expand their unique influence in the community. Support her in flourishing in her career AND home life. Change how the money flows so we can change how our world grows. Stay connected to our bodies and souls while WE do it.
We must deal with our traumas. Our past difficult experiences and a society that is not built for everyone to succeed equally, have created a fear mindset. We need to heal. Feeling safe in your body, in relationship with other people and your environment can be a profound experience. It is from this feeling of connection and safety that we can flourish in our careers and personal life. When we are connected mind/body/spirit we can listen to the call of our life's purpose.
Beautiful People, I am here. If you have been looking for support with growing your career while nourishing yourself and family, I would love to hear from you.
S&S is here to provide you virtual services & programs, free resources and events that nourish YOU and support your loved ones. Please reach out if we can be of help. We look forward to connecting with you!
We believe that businesses can be powerful platforms for social change and that our higher purpose is to drive Equality for all. Diversity fuels our innovation and connects us closer to our customers and the communities we serve. Companies that are diverse in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective are proven to be better companies. We prevent discrimination against our people regardless of gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, age, neurodiversity, disability status, citizenship, or any other aspect which makes them unique. We believe that everyone deserves to feel safe and equipped to thrive. We would like to acknowledge that the land we live, work, learn, and commune on is the original homelands of the Occaneechi, Shakori, Eno, and Sissipahaw peoples. We acknowledge the painful history of genocide and forced removal from this territory, and we honor and respect the many diverse Indigenous peoples still connected to this land on which we gather.
